KPSGILL Weekly · Archive
Every issue, permanently
Each issue receives a permanent dated URL at publication and is never overwritten by the next one. The current issue page always shows the newest; this archive holds all of them, including corrections made after publication.
Why the archive exists
A weekly page that overwrites itself destroys the only record of what was known on a given date. Knowing when a rule was proposed, when it took effect, and what the position was before it changed is often the whole question. Older issues rank below the current one and carry their date and lifecycle state, but they remain published and fully searchable.
