Scores every state on corporate-practice protection, noncompete enforceability, independent-judgement protection, peer-review due process, PHP safeguards, NPDB consequences, scope environment and payer interference.

Why it is held: Methodology drafted. NO SCORES PUBLISHED. Publishing a number for fifty states requires the fifty-state statutory research to exist first, and it does not. A composite score built on partial research would be the most citable and least defensible thing on this site.

Measures prior authorisation, credentialing, documentation, quality reporting, payer enrolment, licensing and certification load by state, payer and system.

Why it is held: Methodology drafted. NO SCORES PUBLISHED. The binding gap is measurement: this site has no primary data on credentialing delay or documentation time, and an index without measured inputs is an opinion with decimal places.

Compares medical boards on notice, investigation authority, expert review, access to evidence, discovery, hearing procedure, evidentiary burden, interim action, publication, appeal and PHP relationship.

Why it is held: Methodology drafted, and the California dimension is substantially researched in the due-process proposal. NO SCORES PUBLISHED — a comparative index needs the other 49 boards read to the same standard.

Hospital-system footprints, private-equity-backed physician organisations, MSOs, insurers, PBMs, staffing companies and nursing-home ownership, with followable ownership chains.

Why it is held: NOT BUILT. Depends on the ownership database, which requires corporate, SEC, regulatory and transaction sourcing per entity. A speculative ownership chain is worse than no map.
