HSA announced three initiatives:

  1. a Regulatory Innovation Corridor with the UK MHRA on breakthrough therapies that use AI in drug development and clinical trials;
  2. a common entry point for clinical research and regulatory engagement;
  3. an HSA–Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) Priority Track, letting selected products undergo regulatory evaluation and health-technology assessment concurrently.

HSA also confirmed that the Ministry of Health's regulatory functions transfer to HSA on November 1, 2026 (first phase, under the Health Sciences Authority (Amendment) and Other Matters Bill passed in September 2026). The ACE–HSA Priority Track starts in November 2026.
