The Hub's five-year strategy aims for a world where every country can detect and understand emerging threats within 24 hours by 2030. It names five priority initiatives, including:
- Epidemic Intelligence from Open Sources (AI scanning of public sources; used by more than 125 member states);
- the International Pathogen Surveillance Network (genomics).
Does not establish
that 24-hour detection exists today, or that AI signal detection substitutes for verification.
