Zenova: A Second Instance of the Same Architecture
A current virtual-care platform inside the enterprise — built recently enough that its governance instruments may be far easier to obtain than CMGC-era records.

Zenova entered this investigation as a service name appearing in California procurement records. It turns out to be something more analytically useful: a second instance of the professional-corporation / management-services architecture, constructed a decade after CFMG’s.
What the public record establishes
The bankruptcy perimeter
Zenova Management, LLC and Zenova Telehealth, LLC were debtor entities within the Wellpath Holdings Chapter 11 group. Separately, Zenova Physicians, P.C. appears among the eighteen nondebtor professional corporations named in the February 2025 amended final order. See: The Eighteen

Trademark, publicity and address
Wellpath Holdings sought trademark protection for the ZENOVA mark, and Wellpath’s own website published material describing the Zenova telehealth platform. Current public materials identify Zenova Telehealth at 6550 Carothers Parkway, Franklin, Tennessee — Wellpath’s corporate headquarters address.
Services and procurement
Zenova’s public materials describe services for correctional facilities, municipalities, rural health, long-term care and emergency medical services, including virtual emergency care and virtual nursing. The 2025 Merced CFMG/Wellpath proposal offers telehealth through Zenova, placing all three names in a single California government procurement record.

The structural finding
The bankruptcy separates Zenova Management, LLC and Zenova Telehealth, LLC (debtors) from Zenova Physicians, P.C. (nondebtor professional corporation).
That mirrors the CFMG architecture exactly: a management layer on one side of the debtor line, a professional corporation on the other.
Zenova is therefore a comparator, not merely a service vendor — and potentially a second instance of the same enterprise design, this time constructed recently enough that its formation documents, management agreement and stock instruments may be materially easier to obtain than the CMGC-era CFMG records.
That is the practical point. The CFMG governance instruments have resisted acquisition for the length of this investigation. A structurally parallel entity created in the 2020s is a far shorter route to the same architectural question.
What this establishes
- Zenova is a current correctional-health virtual-care platform with historical formal ties to the Wellpath bankruptcy group.
- Its entities were split across the debtor line in the same pattern as CFMG and the Wellpath management companies.
- It has continuing operational proximity to Wellpath’s post-bankruptcy enterprise, including a shared headquarters address.
- It appears inside a California county procurement record alongside CFMG and Wellpath.
What this does not establish
Four propositions are explicitly not supported and must not be written:
- That Zenova is unrelated to Wellpath — contradicted.
- That Zenova and Wellpath are the same legal entity — not established.
- That an enterprise email domain proves who employs any individual — an email domain is the weakest grade of affiliation evidence and is not relied on here.
- That Zenova controls CFMG, or CFMG controls Zenova — not established in either direction.
The discovery consequence
This changes how the record must be searched. Searches limited to “Wellpath” may now miss relevant clinical and contracting records. The current architecture requires CFMG ↔ Wellpath ↔ Zenova searches, and for individual physician executives, searches across all three affiliations rather than one.

The bounded formulation
Zenova is a current correctional-health virtual-care platform with historical formal ties to the Wellpath bankruptcy group and continuing operational proximity to Wellpath’s post-bankruptcy enterprise. Its own division between management entities and a professional corporation reproduces the architecture this investigation is examining in California.

- Zenova Physicians management services agreement and any stock transfer agreement — a second, more recent instance of the same architecture
- CFMG–Zenova telehealth services agreement or subcontract
- Professional-services, data-sharing and business-associate agreements
- Credentialing-delegation agreements
- Zenova entity treatment in the Chapter 11 assumption and rejection schedules
- Any county agreement naming Zenova as a performing party
