The California Public Utilities Commission lists PG&E’s 2026 residential electric California Climate Credit as $36.18 in August and $36.18 in September.
Do not present that residential schedule as an October payment. The Commission distinguishes residential electric credits from small-business electric credits, which retain an April-and-October schedule, and from the natural-gas credit.
A statewide calendar label cannot establish the credit applicable to a particular account. Check the utility bill and the CPUC’s utility-specific table, keeping the service type and billing month separate. This item corrects the schedule; it does not assert that a specific customer’s bill was credited correctly.
